Links do not grant access
A source link exposes only sources the reader is authorized to read. It does not invite them to the source Space.
Inspect relationships between work records and carry evidence across authorized Spaces without granting new access.
A graph is a view of recorded relationships, not a separate store or an unrestricted view of every Space.
Open a Space's Graph view to see loaded resources and relationships. An empty graph can mean there is no recorded relationship yet.
Select a node to inspect its available detail and follow its record link. Use the underlying artifact or Run when you need complete evidence.
Switch to List when the canvas is crowded or reports that it shows only part of the loaded graph. Follow resources into their paginated views; the canvas is not a complete export.
For example, an approved agent can read Research and Product, then publish a requested summary into Strategy.
Give the connection read access to each source and work access to the destination. Each Space's Sharing settings also apply; membership in one Entity alone is not enough.
Review Cross-Space work in Space settings under Sharing. The default allows private cross-Space work within one Entity. Broader publication needs explicit settings and access; blocked sharing keeps work in that Space.
Ask the agent to use the actual source records and publish the result with source links through the supported API. Review the destination artifact's Sources and body before relying on it.
A reference and a copy have different consequences for privacy.
A source link exposes only sources the reader is authorized to read. It does not invite them to the source Space.
Text copied into a destination artifact is visible to that destination's audience. A protected source link does not protect sensitive details repeated in the summary.
Check source permissions and sharing rules. The cross-Space publication flow does not accept prompt or repository artifacts as sources. Do not invent a source relationship when publication is rejected.
