Profile and policy
Use the available Profile and policy sections to review organization details and restrictions. Save each change and check the resulting state.
Manage personal and shared Entities, members, Teams, roles, Space access, billing, and usage.
An Entity owns Spaces and their administration. First sign-in creates your personal home; its Entity name may include your name rather than just Personal.
Use your personal Entity for your own work or switch to the appropriate shared Entity. Check the displayed name and active Entity before opening administrative controls.
Open Entities and choose Create Entity if offered. Enter its name and create it. If creation is unavailable, read the stated access or plan restriction.
Create Spaces under that Entity and grant their access separately. Switching Entity does not move existing Spaces or merge billing.
Role options and administrative controls come from your current authority. A human session does not automatically make you an administrator.
Open the Entity's Members section. Enter their Email and select an offered Role, then submit the invitation. Review pending invitations and their available controls. The person needs to accept before you rely on the membership.
Use the role control on a member you can manage. Choose the least powerful role that fits their responsibility and save. Read disabled reasons before requesting a change from an owner.
Use the member removal control and confirm when asked. An Entity must retain at least one active owner. Review relevant Teams, Space assignments, and connected apps as well; revoking one grant is not a substitute for reviewing all access paths.
Teams group people; access profiles define what a person or Team can do at a particular scope.
In Teams, supply a name, valid Team key, and optional description where creation is offered. Add eligible Entity members to it.
Use Entity access controls or a Space's Access settings to assign an offered profile to the person or Team. Entity roles and Space profiles are not interchangeable.
Review both individual and Team assignments. Remove obsolete grants and check the resulting available actions rather than assuming a role name guarantees every operation.
Billing applies to the selected Entity. Available plans, limits, and checkout actions come from the current billing configuration.
Open Billing to review the plan, credit balance, and available usage metrics. Use Space usage and Run details to investigate particular work.
When offered, use Choose for a plan, Add credits for a run credit top-up, or Manage billing for the billing portal. Review the amount and terms in checkout before completing it.
Return to Billing and check the updated state. A downgrade is scheduled under the provider's current terms, not necessarily immediate. If Billing is not configured or a control is absent, do not assume the action is supported.
Manage organization policy separately from day-to-day conversation and agent work.
Use the available Profile and policy sections to review organization details and restrictions. Save each change and check the resulting state.
Use lifecycle controls only when offered and after reviewing their confirmation. The personal home Entity and Space are managed automatically and cannot be archived through ordinary group lifecycle actions. Review affected work before changing a shared Entity's lifecycle.
Confirm the selected Entity, current role, filters, and pagination. Ask an owner to review access or quotas instead of creating another Entity to bypass a restriction.
