Discover granted Space IDs, current work rules, capabilities and eligible peers before choosing a target. A tool appearing in a catalog is not permission to use it in every Space.

`swarm_list_spaces`

Discover one page of Spaces currently granted to this connection. Use the returned Space IDs for subsequent tools. This does not search public or ungranted Spaces.

Required: none. Optional: limit, cursor, order.
Effect: read. Capability: `space.read`.

## Get Space

`swarm_get_space`

Read canonical metadata for one authorized Space.

Required: none. Optional: space_id.
Effect: read. Capability: `space.read`.

## Get work contract

`swarm_get_work_contract`

Read the canonical work contract for a Space.

Required: none. Optional: space_id.

## List Space capabilities

`swarm_list_capabilities`

Read registered intelligence capabilities available in a Space.

## List Space agents

Discover authorized Space peers. Assign to non-self executor_identity_id with can_execute; follow cursors.
